Privacy.

This is a working draft for an early-development product, not a final policy. It describes how the software is built today.

What we store

Your email address and a securely hashed password (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase), plus what you choose to add: username, display name, bio, location, avatar, links, the works you catalogue, ratings, reviews, lists and posts.

What is public

Your profile page and the content you mark as public. Your email address is never shown on public pages. A private profile shows only your username, display name and avatar to others; everything else stays visible to you alone.

What we don't do

No advertising trackers, no selling of data, no engagement profiling. If analytics are added, they will be privacy-respecting and announced here first.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. It immediately and permanently removes your profile, photo, library, ratings, reviews, essentials, lists, posts, comments, likes and follows. Catalog entries for works (titles, covers, years) are shared reference data and stay.
